Delivery and Returns

Tackleberrys, like most retailers does not carry every item advertised in permanent stock and can therefore only state that it will deliver goods to you in an approximate period. We will always endeavor to dispatch within 72 hours however product availability can vary. All goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. It may be that your goods are sent to you in installments’ as availability of products can vary. You may cancel those aspects of your order with us if subsequent installments’ forming part of your order are not forthcoming.

If your delivery address is outside of the USA you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. Tackleberrys recommends each customer contact their local customs office for further information if they are in any way unsure of local duties or liabilities. As a customer you are responsible for knowing the legality of items being shipped through customs.

Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. This can lead to packages being opened and re-sealed.For Christmas Deliveries, we recommend that you order by the 10th December. We will endeavor to dispatch all 'in stock' orders within 24 hours, however we cannot guarantee delivery on or before the 24th December as the post may be delayed in your area.

Orders received by 3pm are usually dispatched the same working day. If for some reason parcels are required to be redirected then a new additional charge of $10.95 will be incurred (where applicable). Also if goods are refused or not called for a charge of $10.95 will also be incurred. This list is not a full and exhaustive list and other reasons may apply.

Returns Policy

In any retail operation occasionally mistakes happen and with mail order items there is a reliance on postal services and/or couriers in order to return items to us, because of that and our commitment to transparency in our business dealings, we hope the following policy is fair, reasonable and acceptable to all parties concerned.

The Goods in question must be returned to Tackleberrys unopened within 7 days of your cancellation notice and must be received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, unopened and sealed in their original packaging in a condition suitable for re-sale. Unless the Goods are faulty We shall be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the Goods from you and may set such costs off against the amount to be re-credited to you.

We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.

We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.

Please follow our returns procedure as explained: returned goods should carry a copy of the original invoice. The goods should be packaged to a satisfactory standard in a safe and relevant manner. The/our return address should be clearly shown.
